Please use the booking form - we will respond within 24 hours - usually quicker!
Once you have confirmed you want to book the room/s we require a deposit - equivalent to your first nights stay.

What's your cancellation policy?
If you give us 2 weeks' notice you can have a full refund. Less than 2 weeks, you can have a refund if we manage to relet the room. In any case, it's in your best interest to let us know as soon as possible if you decide to cancel.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Your room will be ready by 12.30 pm. You're welcome to arrive from 8.00am onwards, drop your bags off and go out for the day/until your room's ready. Or you can wait in the sitting room and we'll tell you as soon as the maids have finished so you can sleep off your jet lag.
Check-out is 11.00 am. Again, you can leave your bags here for the day if you have a late flight. You leave them at your own risk.

Whereabouts are you located?
We're in a quiet residential square on the west side of Kensington Gardens (just around the corner from Kensington Palace). There are lots of shops and museums within walking distance and "Theatreland" is just a few stops on the tube. There are two tube stations 6 minutes' walk from the hotel, High St Kensington and Notting Hill Gate.

Can I have a quiet room?
We are in a quiet residential square - no traffic noise - so all our rooms are quiet.

We offer WIFI or you can receive email and faxes here and we'll pass the messages on to you.

Wheelchair access?
We are sorry to say that the property is not suitable for wheelchair users as the hotel does not have a lift.
