How do I secure a booking?
First, email/telephone us to make your booking and we'll send/give you further details and let you know if your dates are available: email booking form
Your deposit can be in the form of:
- Credit card transaction (by phone or 2 separate emails, faxes)
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Switch, Solo, Maestro and VISA ELECTRON.
- Any UK cheque drawn in £ sterling.
- Europe: a cheque in €.
- Travellers' cheques (signed and made payable to Vicarage Hotel) - in £ sterling, € or US$ (no restrictions).
- USA: a personal cheque in US$ (with restrictions, see below).
We accept personal US$ cheques for a one-night deposit a minimum of 6 weeks in advance (please ask us for the current rate).
If your booking is less than 6 weeks away, we cannot accept personal US$ cheques.
You're welcome to send full payment for your booking in dollars at least 6 weeks in advance.
Please also note that we can't accept US$ cheques once you're here in London.
- Canada/Australia: an International Money Order in £ sterling which you can get from the bank.
If you wish to pay your deposit by cheque we require a covering letter via 'normal' mail with one nights deposit enclosed, payable to "Vicarage Hotel". In the letter, please be sure to include this information:
- The name the booking was made under.
- Your mailing address.
- Your arrival date.
- Your departure date.
- Type and number of rooms.
